Broncos injuries: P.J. Locke limited at Thursday’s practice

After being held out of Wednesday’s practice, Denver Broncos safety P.J. Locke (ankle) was back on the field Thursday in a limited capacity.

With Kareem Jackson suspended for the next four games, Locke is set to start across from Justin Simmons, health permitting. After returning to practice this week, Locke might be on track to play against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

After Locke, the team’s two other backup safeties are Delarrin Turner-Yell and rookie JL Skinner.
