Breer: ‘Brian Flores seems to be the favorite’ for Browns’ DC job

Earlier this evening, Cleveland dot com’s Mary Kay Cabot reported the Cleveland Browns are potentially ready to wrap up their defensive coordinator search as early as Tuesday afternoon. She also added that Sean Desai impressed the leadership in Cleveland with his interview. Now, Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer went on Twitter Live and stated that he thinks Brian Flores is the favorite to land the gig.

Flores has an interview request to sit down with the Arizona Cardinals for their head coaching job, and it was reported that Flores would take his time. Regardless, Flores’ timeline and the timeline the Browns seem to be working with are cause for some confusion. It could be an interesting 24 hours in Berea.
