BOX SCORE BREAKDOWN: Stat leaders from Alabama’s 101-44 win over Vanderbilt
Many wondered how Nate Oats and the Crimson Tide would respond after suffering an embarrassing loss to Oklahoma this past Saturday in Norman and Alabama left no doubt.
No. 4 Alabama answered the bell on Tuesday night against Vanderbilt with a dominating 101-44 victory over the Commodores.
Alabama’s 57-point win is the largest margin of victory over an SEC team in program history and the Tide are now a perfect 10-0 in the SEC this season.
Alabama’s offense was definitely alive on Tuesday night, but the game was decided on the defensive end of the floor for the Tide as they held Vanderbilt to just 44 points on 25% shooting.
