Boston’s Blake Griffin on his role with the Celtics this season

Veteran Boston Celtics big man Blake Griffin has been a key part of the team this season whether in a leadership role on the bench or when called on to provide meaningful minutes.

Griffin recently sat down with Celtics team reporter Marc D’Amico to talk over how he has found success with the Celtics no matter how they need his contributions, his sense of humor and interest in comedy, how that helps with team chemistry, Joe Mazzulla’s leadership and more.

The former University of Oklahoma standout even gets into what his life in Boston is like, how it was to play with Paul Pierce on the Los Angeles Clippers and other off-court aspects of his life.

Take a look at the clip embedded above to hear what Griffin and D’Amico had to say.
