Auburn OC Rhett Lashlee wiped out while calling a timeout (GIF)
Auburn offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee showed great determination his timeout call.
Lashlee wiped out on the slick sideline in the third quarter of Auburn's game at Mississippi State while trying to call timeout. He was sprinting towards the official on the Auburn sideline and when he went to stop he landed on his butt.
He did get the timeout. Auburn did not get the win, however. The Tigers lost 38-23.
The end of the second quarter of the game was played in a downpour and while the rain let up during halftime, the field was clearly slick. With Lashlee not wearing cleats on wet and painted grass, he learned that the hard way.
