DAYTON, Ohio - The Cincinnati Reds have promoted Blake Dunn.

The outfielder from Saugatuck moves up to the Class-AA Chattanooga Lookouts from the High-A Dayton Dragons in the Midwest League, Dunn confirmed.

"I am excited and honored to get the chance to go to this team and help them win," Dunn said. "Getting to AA was a goal of mine coming into this year, and being able to accomplish that goal lets me set new goals and chase after those, now. This team is in the playoff hunt and I can't wait to help them win some games in whatever way I can."

Dunn is batting .276 with a stunning .411 on base percentage and an on-base-plus-slugging percentage of .871. He has eight home runs, 27 RBIs, 19 stolen bases and has scored 32 times.

Dunn was drafted out of Western Michigan in the 15th round in 2021.
