MINTY BETS: We've got four NBA games to preview for May 30th, let's get started. Game 4 of the Knicks and the Hawks. The Hawks lead the series 2-1 and they're a 4 and 1/2 point favorite with the total set at 209 and 1/2.

New York is 7 and 1 to the under their last eight games, while Atlanta has hit the under in their last six games straight. I'm looking for the energy of the fans to really fuel Trae Young and this Hawks team. They put the depth of their roster to good use. I know the Knicks have been covering machines in the regular season but playoff basketball is a different beast, and home court advantage is real. I'll go with the Hawks minus 4 and 1/2.

Next up, Game 4 of the Suns and Lakers. The Lakers lead the series 2-1 and they're a seven point favorite. The total is 210 and 1/2. Phoenix is 7 and 3 against the spread their last 10 games as road underdogs, while LA is 2 and 6 against the spread their last eight games as home favorites. When the Lakers have LeBron and A.D., they seem unstoppable. Chris Paul is not the same after his shoulder injury and the Suns have struggled against the Lakers at Staples Center in the past. I expect that trend to continue, give me the Lakers minus 7. If you want to bet on the Suns or Lakers, you can bet $1 on any team in the first round and win $1 for every point that team scores. Game 4 of the Nets and Celtics. The Nets lead the series 2-1 and they're a 6 and 1/2 point favorite and the total is to 229 and 1/2. The total has gone under in six of Brooklyn's last eight games, and the total has gone under in five of Boston's last six games. The Celtics turn things around in Game 3 and Jayson Tatum exploded for a playoff career high of 50 points. It probably felt good to be back at home, which resulted in the Celtics taking the lead early on and dominating. I'm looking for the Nets to bounce back as that Brooklyn trio is too talented. They rank first in points per possession, and third in defensive rating. Give me Brooklyn, minus 6 and 1/2.

Let's wrap things up with Game 4 of the Clippers and Mavericks. Dallas leads the series 2-1, but the Clippers are a 2 and 1/2 point favorite with a total set at 221 and 1/2. LA is 3 and 6 against the spread their last nine road games, while Dallas is 5 and 9 against the spread their last 14 home games, the Clippers were one of the best defensive teams all season long and they finally showed it in Game 3. This is a tough one to call, but I'm looking for the home team to cover. Dallas has done excellent as underdogs and Luka is on a roll, so I'll take the Mavs at plus 2 and 1/2.
