MINTY BETS: We've got game 3 of the West semifinals taking place Saturday, June 12, between the Jazz and the Clippers. Utah leads the series 2-0, and LA is favored by four and a half points with a total of 223.5. Utah is 4 and 1 against the spread their last five games on the road, while LA is 1 and 4 against the spread their last five home games.
The Clippers were able to keep game 2 close, but Utah led for the most part and showed dominance, especially in the second half. I'm looking for this dominance to continue on the road. The Jazz possessed great tempo, ball control, and a great offensive performance with Donovan Mitchell having his fourth straight game with over 30 points.
Four and a half points is a lot for the Clippers to be favored by having lost both games in the series. I know they're at home, but I think there's value in taking the series leader and the team with the best record in the West as underdogs.
