FRANK SCHWAB: I'm Frank Schwab here to give you my best bets for the NFC South this season. And we're going to start with the defending division champion, Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tom Brady retired for about a month then decided to come back, and with that became one of the MVP favorites.

My best bet for the Bucs is on Brady to win the MVP at 8 to 1 odds. Look, it'd be a great story for Brady, who's still playing somehow his highest level even in his mid-40s to go out with an MVP award. This could be Brady's last season, although we never know.

And there's enough around Brady for him to put up huge stats. He came in second for MVP last year. And I think this year, the story, the narrative is enough to get him home. I'm taking Brady to win MVP this season.

Next up is New Orleans Saints. And look, if you look at all eight divisions, there's a pretty clear separation in the NFC South that you just don't see in any other division. And that's why I'm going to go with this bet-- the Buccaneers to finish first with the Saints finishing second at even money odds.

I just can't imagine a Panthers or Falcons getting into that top two. I think the Buccaneers are the clear favorite in this division. And if you're giving me even money odds of the Buccaneers winning the division, Saints finishing second, I'm going to take that. New Orleans has the type of defense where they can finish second, be in the Wild Card race, maybe not as good as the Bucs. But that's the reason I'm taking this bet for the Bucs-Saints to finish 1, 2 in the division.

Next up is a Carolina Panthers, who had a rough season last year. But a lot of that was without Christian McCaffrey, who was injured for a second straight year. I'm betting on a bounce back for Christian McCaffrey. I'm taking him 18 to 1 win Comeback Player of the Year.

Comeback Player of the Year, sometimes it's nebulous. We're not sure what a guy is coming back from. But we with McCaffrey, he's been injured, but he has the talent to put up huge, huge numbers. Panthers are an entirely different offense with him on the field I think McCaffrey can stay healthy this season, put up big numbers. And I really like those odds on him to win Comeback Player of the Year.

And finally, we finish up with a Atlanta Falcons. Look, I don't like taking unders on the lowest totals on the board, but I'm going to go under 4 and 1/2 with this Falcons team. There's just nothing like about the Atlanta Falcons here. Their defense has no pass rush. Their offensive line is bad. They don't have a lot at the skill positions outside of Kyle Pitts.

I don't think Marcus Mariota is going to resurrect his career in such a bad situation. I don't like taking an under on such a low total, but there's nowhere else to go with this Falcons team. They are going to be bad this season. I think they're going to get the number one pick of the draft. Atlanta's in for a rough season. I'm going to bet on that under 4 and 1/2 wins.
