Bengals near the top of new power rankings

The Cincinnati Bengals offseason continues, and with training camp coming up more power rankings are being put out.

Natalie Miller at Touchdown Wire made training camp power rankings of all NFL teams and the Bengals ended up at fourth.

Here’s what Miller said about the Bengals:

Having Joe Burrow as your quarterback sort of seems like a cheat code to making a playoff run. Burrow has cemented himself as an upper-echelon quarterback who thrives in the big moments, and it feels like a matter of time before he has another shot at the title game. With a solid defense and elite cast of weapons, the Bengals are going to be a thorn in the side of every opponent for some time to come.

The Bengals have been a thorn in the side of their opponents for the past few years and there’s no reason that shouldn’t continue with the powerhouse offense they have put together mostly returning.

Cincinnati was ranked behind the Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, and Buffalo Bills, in that order. Right now, that’s a group of teams you want to be mentioned among.
