Baseball: 2024 Bergen County Tournament bracket, scores, schedule
Reigning champion Don Bosco received the No. 1 seed for the 65th Bergen County Baseball Tournament.
Ridgewood, the 2019 winner, is seeded No. 2, followed by No. 3 Westwood and No. 4 St. Joseph, as determined at the Wednesday, May 1 selection and seeding meeting. The last six tournaments contest have produced six different winners.
The team that began that run in 2017, Bergen Catholic, missed qualifying for the championship bracket for the first time since 2012. Last year's runner-up will be part of the fifth annual Bergen Invitational Tournament as the No. 2 seed.
Meanwhile, Fort Lee is in the championship bracket for the first time ever, and Leonia qualified for the first time since 1991.
The tournament opens with eight first-round games, held at the site of the higher seed. The top eight seeds received first-round byes. The Round of 16 is May 8 and the quarterfinals May 11, both at multiple sites.
The semifinals are May 18 and the championship May 25, both at Demarest.
