Atlanta Falcons at Tennessee Titans: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 8 game

The Tennessee Titans (2-4) are fresh of their bye week and take on the Atlanta Falcons (4-3) at home in a Week 8 matchup.

Prior to the break, the Titans had back-to-back losses, including falling to the Baltimore Ravens 24-16 in Week 6 in London. Derrick Henry has been held to 425 yards so far this season with only one 100-yard game.

The Falcons had a thrilling 16-13 win last week over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to put them at the top of the NFC South. Star rookie Bijan Robinson, who was the No. 8 pick in this spring's draft, saw limited playing time as he was dealing with a headache.

Lorenzo Reyes: Falcons 20, Titans 13

Coach Mike Vrabel said Malik Willis and Will Levis might both play if Ryan Tannehill is unable to go. That’s more indicative of a team in a rebuild, not one looking to compete and win.

Tyler Dragon: Falcons 21, Titans 20

Ryan Tannehill seems doubtful to play for a team bracing for a rebuild. The Titans appear to be sellers with the NFL trade deadline just days away. Don’t look now but the Falcons are on top of the NFC South.

Safid Deen: Falcons 20, Titans 16

The Falcons leave a lot to be desired offensively, but their defense has significantly improved this season. I like Atlanta over a Tennessee team that might have already decided to rebuild for the future before the trade deadline.

Victoria Hernandez: Titans 25, Falcons 21

The Titans had a week to recover from their jetlag and are playing at home. The Falcons will have a better chance of winning if Bijan Robinson plays and is feeling better. But this is their second straight road game and Tennessee will come out on top.

Jordan Mendoza: Titans 23, Falcons 17

The Titans got a bye week at the perfect time after two straight losses. Atlanta barely got past Tampa Bay, and there are still some questions with Desmond Ridder. The Tennessee defense feasts on the Atlanta offense and gets back on the winning side.
