Athletes to watch at Vermont's high school indoor track and field state championships

Championship season has arrived for Vermont high school indoor track and field athletes.

The state's best runners and jumpers will descend upon the University of Vermont's Gardner-Collins facility on Saturday morning for the Division I and II state meets. The throws competition was contested last weekend at St. Johnsbury.

The meet is slated to begin with jumping events at 9 a.m.
