Arizona Cardinals at Houston Texans: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 11 game

Week 11 features a showcase of two headline-making quarterbacks as the Houston Texans (5-4) host the Arizona Cardinals (2-8).

Kyler Murray led the Cardinals to their second win of the season in his return from an ACL tear with a 25-23 victory over the Atlanta Falcons. He was 19-of-32 for 249 yards, had a rushing score and threw an interception.

C.J. Stroud is making a case for offensive rookie of the year and is second in the league with 2,626 passing yards so far this season. He's thrown 15 touchdowns and only 2 interceptions. Running back Devin Singletary had his first 100-yard game of the season with 150 yards and a score in last week's 30-27 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

32 things we learned in NFL Week 10: C.J. Stroud running away in top rookie race

Lorenzo Reyes: Texans 26, Cardinals 19

Houston is pretty solid against the rush and that should come in handy when defending Kyler Murray. The Cardinals are clearly far better with him in the lineup, but the Texans’ downfield passing game and ability to protect the ball give Houston a nice edge here. Plus, Arizona is just 1-4 against the spread in road games this year.

Tyler Dragon: Texans 26, Cardinals 20

The NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award might be already wrapped up with the way C.J. Stroud is performing. Stroud outdueled Joe Burrow in Cincinnati in Week 10. The young upstart Texans are one of the best stories in football right now. Kyler Murray will make some plays, but the Texans are now eyeing a playoff push.

Safid Deen: Texans 30, Cardinals 24

C.J. Stroud is the rookie of the year favorite, and even garnering some MVP conversation. He’s been stellar in the first half of his NFL career, and he should come out on top in a shootout against Kyler Murray and the Cardinals.

Victoria Hernandez: Texans 28, Cardinals 23

In his return last week, Kyler Murray powered the Cardinals to a last-minute win, but rookie C.J. Stroud is red hot right now and is protecting the ball like no other quarterback. He beat Baker Mayfield and Joe Burrow in his last two outings.

Jordan Mendoza: Texans 33, Cardinals 28

This might be the best under-the-radar game of the week since Kyler Murray has brought life back to Arizona. C.J. Stroud has balled out recently, and he can continue his MVP campaign against a defense that has given up at least 20 points in the past seven games. Arizona hangs around, but Houston pulls away with a win.
