Alabama Morning Drive: Brian Robinson in ‘good spirits’ after being shot multiple times

Good morning, Tide fans! Welcome to another edition of Alabama Morning Drive. Game week has arrived for the Alabama Crimson Tide and there will tons of coverage here at Roll Tide Wire!

Perhaps the biggest news in sports right now, or at least as far as I am concerned is the fact that former Alabama running back Brian Robinson was shot multiple times on Sunday during an attempted robbery or carjacking in Washington DC.

All reports indicate that Robinson is in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.

Washington Commanders head coach Ron Rivera provided an update late Sunday night on Twitter after being able to visit with Robinson in the hospital.

Roll Tide Wire will continue to monitor Robison’s recovery from this tragic event.
