84 days till Dolphins season opener: Every player to wear No. 84 for Miami

The Miami Dolphins will open their 2023 campaign against the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium on Sept. 10, which is now 84 days away.

Until the opening kickoff of the season, we’ll be counting down each day by remembering the players who have worn each specific jersey number.

No. 84 is currently worn by rookie tight end Elijah Higgins, who is making a transition to the position after playing wide receiver at Stanford.

There are a few memorable players who have donned the number in the past.
