49ers attend Missouri Pro Day, where Terrell Owens’ son works out

Brenden Rice, son of Jerry Rice, isn’t the only son of a 49ers legend who might catch the 49ers’ eye in this year’s draft process. San Francisco on Friday had personnel on hand at Missouri’s Pro Day, where Terrell Owens’ son Terique worked out.

Owens spent three years at Missouri State, where he played in 18 games and posted 46 catches for 765 yards and four touchdowns. All four of his TDs came in the 2023 season, when he also had a career-high 28 receptions and 528 yards.

Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area posted Owens’ measurables from the Pro Day:

While Owens’ pedigree could put him on the map for the 49ers, more likely targets are Missouri defensive lineman Darius Robinson and cornerback Ennis Rakestraw Jr. Each would fill a need for San Francisco and could be available when the 49ers are slated to be on the clock at No. 31.
