Osborne becomes the first wide receiver to commit for the class of 2018. Washington already holds commitments from four-star Bothell (Wash.) quarterback Jacob Sirmon and three-star Nashville (Tenn.) Brentwood Academy linebacker Jackson Sirmon.
He becomes the second four-star prospect to commit to UW under wide receivers coach Bush Hamdan, joining four-star Terrell Bynum in the 2017 class. Hamdan also has the attention of several other four-star and even one five-star receiver in the 2018 class.
