2023 NFL Draft recap: Titans add two on offensive line and snag a hometown star from UT Martin
The 2023 NFL Draft has ended after the Los Angeles Rams made the final selection of the three-day event, choosing Toledo's Desjuan Johnson with the No. 259th pick.
The Tennessee Titans traded up in the second round Friday and then had to wait a full round before making a selection Saturday.
The Titans took Cincinnati Josh Whyle in the fifth round, followed by a sixth-round pick in Maryland offensive lineman Jaelyn Duncan. The Titans wrapped up their draft with a seventh-round selection of UT Martin wideout Colton Dowell. Dowell is a former Wilson Central star who will have a shot to play close to home in Nashville.
It was a draft that focused exclusively on offense as Tennessee selected a quarterback, two offensive linemen, a tight end, wide receiver and running back with its six picks.
Here's a recap of the biggest moments during the early moments of Day 3 and a look at who the Titans drafted from rounds 4-7.

Are injuries a concern for Titans' late-round picks?
Newest Titans Tyjae Spears and Josh Whyle could eventually turn out to be solid pieces to what general manager Ran Carthon is trying to build in Nashville, but both come into the NFL with significant injuries in their recent past.
Spears has had multiple knee injuries but the Titans have expressed faith in the third-round selection. Whyle had surgery on his collarbone while at Cincinnati.

Can Josh Whyle be reliable in passing game for Titans?
If fans felt the Titans should have been more aggressive at attacking a wide receiver in the NFL Draft, what can they expect from Cincinnati tight end Josh Whyle, who was the Titans' fifth-round selection?
Whyle could be the receiver the Titans need.

Tennessee Titans select a pass catcher in 5th round
After the first four rounds of the 2023 NFL Draft came and went, the Titans didn't select a pass catcher. That's changed after Tennessee used its fifth-round pick to take Cincinnati tight end, Josh Whyle.
Whyle could be a huge target for whoever ends up under center for coach Mike Vrabel with a red zone specialty. He's 6-foot-7 and 248-pounds.
Titans add a high upside tight end in Josh Whyle. Super long and athletic with great ball skills. Can create after the catch and win contested catches. He’s a F tight end who can move around and make plays: pic.twitter.com/wIetwsDYNg

Titans brought in Levis pre-draft to talk about turnovers
The Tennessee Titans' second-round selection of Kentucky quarterback Will Levis has drawn criticism. While Levis possess a powerful arm with a big upside, his inconsistency and mistake-prone play in Lexington gave most NFL teams pause as Levis dropped out of his first-round projection.
Titans coach Mike Vrabel brought Levis in to Nashville and the the two talked extensively about those mistakes through film study.
