15 Tennessee Titans way-too-early 2025 mock drafts: NFL analysts move on from Will Levis

Look through way-too-early mock drafts for the 2025 NFL Draft and you'll notice two trends Tennessee Titans fans won't love: First, no one thinks the Titans are going to be any good next year. And second, a good number of analysts are already preparing for the Titans to move on from quarterback Will Levis.

The Tennessean surveyed 15 projections for next year's NFL draft. Fourteen of the 15 have the Titans picking inside the top-five next year, with two sites forecasting the Titans to have the No. 1 pick in the draft.

Here's a rundown of the players the analysts have the Titans connected to in their way-too-early 2025 NFL mock drafts.

ESTES: What I liked, didn't like about Tennessee Titans' 2024 NFL Draft class

Georgia QB Carson Beck (The Athletic, Associated Press)

The AP has the Titans picking Beck, the talented passer out of Georgia, No. 1 overall. The Athletic isn't far behind, picking Beck to the Titans in the second slot. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Beck completed 72.4% of his passes for 3,941 yards and 24 touchdowns in his first season as a starter in 2023 and is a Heisman Trophy front-runner for 2024.

Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders (Walter Football)

Walter Football projects the Titans to use the No. 1 pick on Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders' son, who threw for 27 touchdowns with just three interceptions and ran for four more scores in his first year of Power 5 competition last season.

Colorado WR/CB Travis Hunter (CBS Sports, the 33rd Team)

CBS Sports has the Titans picking the two-way dynamo and former No. 1 recruit Travis Hunter with the second-pick and the 33rd Team has Hunter falling to the Titans at No. 5. Hunter is one of the best cornerbacks in the nation and a physical playmaker as a receiver who proved he has the stamina and focus to be a difference-maker on both sides of the ball.

Missouri WR Luther Burden III (USA TODAY, Bleacher Report)

USA TODAY is the highest on this year's Titans team, slotting them with the No. 7 pick again next year. Bleacher Report is a little more aligned with the norm, putting the Titans in the No. 3 slot. Both have the Titans picking Missouri's utility-tool slot receiver who was third in the SEC in receiving last year behind first-round picks Malik Nabers and Xavier Legette.

LATHAM WATCH: Titans first-round pick JC Latham's journey an example of ability to embrace change

Ohio State WR Emeka Egbuka (FOX Sports)

Egbuka probably could've been a first-round pick this year if he declared. But he's back in college for another year, this time to be the top target without Marvin Harrison Jr., taking away his targets. FOX Sports has the Titans betting on that talent showing up even more without Harrison in the fold, picking him No. 5.

LSU OT Will Campbell (A to Z Sports)

Three-straight years picking an offensive lineman in the first round? It's unprecedented this century, but A to Z Sports has the Titans using the No. 5 pick to draft another tackle, potentially moving this year's top pick JC Latham back to the right side of the offensive line.

Texas OT Kelvin Banks Jr. (Athlon Sports)

Athlon Sports also believes the Titans need to draft insurance for Latham in the form of another left tackle. Banks was a first-team All-Big 12 selection last year anchoring Texas' offensive line to the College Football Playoff.

Tennessee OLB James Pearce Jr. (The Draft Network)

Pearce tied for the SEC lead in sacks with 10 last season and finished third in the SEC with 14.5 tackles for loss. The Draft Network has the Titans replenishing their pass rush with the Vols standout, picking him No. 5 overall.

Penn State OLB Abdul Carter (247Sports)

Carter's played in a loaded pass rush room at Penn State, also featuring early 2024 draft picks Chop Robinson and Adisa Isaac. Now he'll have the chance to break out as the top rusher in the unit, and the Titans have the chance to pick him No. 4 overall per 247Sports.

Michigan CB Will Johnson (Pro Football Focus, Touchdown Wire, New York Post)

Johnson, the shutdown corner from the defending national champions, is the most popular pick to the Titans. Pro Football Focus and Touchdown Wire both have the Titans picking him at No. 4 and the New York Post connects Johnson to the Titans with the No. 3 pick, sending a pro-ready cover corner who's already excelled against the likes of Marvin Harrison Jr., and Rome Odunze, to Nashville.

THE BIG GUY: Don't disrespect JC Latham, the Titans' first-round NFL draft pick who can squat 1,000 pounds
