11 listed on Dolphins’ first injury report ahead of matchup with Broncos

In preparation for their Week 3 matchup against the Denver Broncos, the Miami Dolphins held their first practice on Wednesday at the Baptist Health Training Complex.

Miami listed 11 players on their first injury report of the week.

Three players were non-participants – cornerback Xavien Howard (veteran rest), running back Salvon Ahmed (groin) and wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (concussion).

Limit participants included left tackle Terron Armstead (back/ankle/knee), wide receiver Tyreek Hill (ankle), tight ends Julian Hill (ankle) and Tyler Kroft (back), defensive lineman Raekwon Davis (wrist), linebackers Jaelan Phillips (back) and Andrew Van Ginkel (ankle) and defensive back Elijah Campbell (knee).

Ahmed, Waddle, Davis, Tyreek Hill, Kroft and Van Ginkel are all new additions to this list from last week. Waddle and Ahmed were the only players to miss significant time during Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots due to injury.

The good news is Raheem Mostert, De’Von Achane, Brandon Jones and Connor Williams are all fully off of the report after being on it last week.

Miami and Denver will kick off on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET at Hard Rock Stadium.
