1,000th career point and more: Vote for the Boys Basketball Player of the Week
Welcome to our latest Cape Cod and Islands High School Boys Basketball Players of the Week Poll.
High school sports fans can vote for which boys basketball player they think was a standout during the previous week.
The poll will be open through Monday. The winners will be announced every Monday along with the new poll.

Jackson Rocco, Monomoy
Rocco won his third poll of the season as he had a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds in a 57-48 win over Cape Cod Academy.
This week's candidates
Leo Andrade, Bourne
Andrade scored 20 of his 24 points in the second half as the Canalmen won their third straight with a 81-61 win over Fairhaven.
Mike Dankert, Bourne
Dankert recorded 19 points as the Canalmen beat Fairhaven.
Dominic Quelle, Bourne
Quelle dropped 21 points in a 85-62 win over Greater New Bedford.
Cole Rodgers, Sandwich
Rodgers finished with 19 points and four rebounds in a loss to Middleboro.
Nate Reynolds, Bourne
Reynolds scored 23 points and reached his 1,00th career point in a victory over Greater New Bedford.
Leo De Souza, St. John Paul II
De Souza led the Lions with 19 points in a loss to Atlantis Charter.
Sam Stoermer, Falmouth
Stoermer had 26 points in a 52-46 win over Barnstable in overtime.
