RADIO: Lauren Hill's inspirational story
Mount St. Joseph University women's basketball coach Dan Benjamin, joins Travis Rodgers to talk about the great inspiration of Lauren Hill. Hill captivated America by her amazing courage while battling cancer this past year. Lauren suffered from diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma which is a brain cancer considered non curable. She gained national attention after playing in one game for the team that has helped propel $1 million in pediatric cancer research. Lauren passed at the age of 19 on April 10.
