Titan Fighting Championship 25 Postponed Due to Weather Concerns

Friday night’s Titan Fighting Championship 25 has been postponed due to inclement weather.

The event was slated to take place outdoors at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center in St. Louis on Friday, but the weatherman is calling for rain, leading Titan FC promoter Joe Kelly to postpone the event.

Titan had a back-up indoor venue lined up, but more tickets had been sold for the outdoor venue than the indoor venue could safely accommodate.

Titan FC 25 was slated to air live on AXS TV, but with the forecast calling for rain and without a suitable back-up venue in place, MMAWeekly.com sources indicated that the network was, understandably, unwilling to commit to production costs.

Kelly told MMAJunkie.com that the scope of the show did not allow for a tent structure to be built on the original site at Forest Park. Ticket buyers can receive a refund, but Kelly is hopeful to quickly reschedule the show and keep as many of the fights as possible intact.
