Texans' Kubiak may coach from press box

Gary Kubiak is back as the Houston Texans head coach, but he might coach from the press box instead of the sidelines on Sunday when the Texans face the Oakland Raiders, the Houston Chronicle reported.

Kubiak suffering a mini-stroke on Nov. 3, but he told the Chronicle on Friday that he should be fine for Sunday's game.

Kubiak will resume calling the offensive plays, but he said he may do it from the press box, instead of his usual position on the sidelines.

If Kubiak works from the press box, offensive coordinator Rick Dennison would move to the sidelines. Defensive coordinator Wade Phillips, who served as interim head coach in Kubiak's absence, would throw the challenge flag if the team wants an official's call reviewed.

Kubiak would make all the decisions, however.
