Source: Buccaneers worked out Lavelle Hawkins
Former San Diego Chargers and Tennessee Titans wide receiver Lavelle Hawkins worked out for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to a league source.
He played four games last season for the Chargers with no catches.
Hawkins played for Buccaneers offensive coordinator Jeff Tedford at Cal.
He was cut by New England last season.
He worked out for the San Francisco 49ers during the season.
Hawkins has 71 career receptions for 771 yards and one touchdown.
