Rolles Gracie Forced Off World Series of Fighting 3 Card; Fight Cancelled
Rolles Gracie has been forced off of the World Series of Fighting 3 fight card due to injury.
WSOF matchmaker Ali Abdel-Aziz on Wednesday confirmed Gracie’s injury to MMAWeekly.com. It was first reported by MMAFighting.com.
Gracie injured his wrist, forcing him out of the fight, and forcing WSOF officials to shuffle its fight card.
Gracie was to have fought Dave Huckaba on the four-bout main card televised on the NBC Sports network. With Gracie out, WSOF officials will not seek a replacement. They will instead elevate Jacob Volkmann vs. Lyle Beerbohm from the preliminary status up to the televised main card.
