Rays' minor-league pitcher suspended

Tampa Bay Rays Minor League right-handed pitcher Jose Disla was suspended for 50 games by Major League Baseball on Friday for violating the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program, the league announced.

Disla tested positive for Metabolites of Stanozolol and Nandrolone.

Disla is currently on the roster of the Dominican Summer League Rays, and his suspension will begin at the start of the DSL season.
