Rams executive Demoff fine after fainting

St. Louis Rams executive vice president Kevin Demoff is OK after fainting during a Friday afternoon meeting in general manager Les Snead's office, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

Demoff was treated by paramedics and left Rams Park on a stretcher, but was aware of his surroundings.

The incident occurred a day after the Rams improved to 3-2 with a 17-3 victory over the Arizona Cardinals.

"Kevin is stable, he's alert, he's fine," Rams coach Jeff Fisher said. "He's just undergoing some tests. And he's gonna be just fine. I don't have anything more to report on that other than he just had an incident. ... and he was taken to the hospital. I spoke with him before he left and so he's gonna be just fine."

A half-hour after Fisher spoke to reporters, Demoff tweeted: "I guess fainting the day after going over .500 isn't exactly acting like you've been there before."

Thursday night's win put the Rams over the .500 mark for the first time since 2006.
