    Patriots' Ridley out with head injury

    New England Patriots running back Stevan Ridley left Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Baltimore Ravens with a head injury and was not expected to return.

    He was injured after taking a blow to the head that resulted in a lost fumble.

    Ridley had rushed for 70 yards on 18 carries before being forced to leave.
