Packers Release Knile Davis
After just two games of being suited up for the Packers, Knile Davis has been released by the team. He had five carries for five yards Sunday’s game against the Falcons.

According to sources the Packers released him in a window of time where they still owed the Chiefs nothing for the trade.
Per source, the Packers owe the Chiefs nothing for Knile Davis; they had a window for releasing him at no cost.

Davis was the least productive runner for the Packers on Sunday, and even with the lack of depth in the Packers backfield it was no surprise that Davis was released.
