Orioles' Chen leaves game with injury

Baltimore Orioles pitcher Wei-Yin Chen left Sunday's start against the Minnesota Twins with an apparent oblique strain.

He grabbed his right side at the end of the fifth inning and was replaced in the sixth inning by Tommy Hunter. Over five innings, Chen held the Twins scoreless on five hits and no walks while striking out three.

Chen is likely to be placed on the disabled list if it is an oblique strain, although Brittany Ghiroli of MLB.com reported Chen did not feel any pain afterward and is hoping it was just a cramp. He will be re-evaluated Monday.

He was 2-3 with a 3.40 ERA before Sunday's outing.
