Stephen Curry's, Klay Thompson's brothers to play together for Warriors' D-League team

The brothers of the Golden State Warriors' starting backcourt now have a chance to start together in the NBA Development League.

The D-League Santa Cruz Warriors acquired forward Mychel Thompson, the brother of Warriors guard Klay Thompson, from Sioux Falls for a second-round pick. The trade was made during Friday's D-League Draft. The Warriors also assigned undrafted guard Seth Curry, brother of Warriors guard Stephen Curry, to their D-League affiliate a day earlier.

The Santa Cruz Warriors play about 65 miles away from the NBA franchise. Mychel Thompson has three years experience playing in the D-League and also played for the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2011-12 season. Seth Curry played in the Golden State Warriors' training camp and was waived before being optioned to Santa Cruz.
