Jets sign linebacker Thomas, wide receiver Turner

The New York Jets announced Monday they have signed linebacker Bryan Thomas and wide receiver Patrick Turner and waived defensive tackle Marcus Dixon, defensive back Donnie Fletcher and tackle Dennis Landolt.

Thomas has started 94 NFL games, and he was a starter in one game for the Jets this season before being waived on Sept. 22.

Turner played in one game for the Jets this season before being waived on Sept. 11. He did not have any catches.
