The Winnipeg Jets signed free agent center Olli Jokinen to a two-year contract worth $9 million, TSN reported Monday.
Jokinen, 33, was the Calgary Flames' No. 2 scorer this past season with 23 goals and 38 assists. He also played in all 82 games.
"Very excited about joining the Winnipeg Jets and getting a chance to play in front of the loudest fans in Canada!" he said via his Twitter account.
The Jets will be Jokinen's seventh NHL team.
