Jets CB Revis cleared for physical activity

Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis has passed baseline concussion tests and was cleared for physical activity, but he won't practice Wednesday.

Coach Rex Ryan said Revis, diagnosed with a concussion when he was accidentally kicked in the helmet by teammate Bart Scott in Sunday's win over the Bills, would be held out of the team portion of practice.

His availability for the rest of the week and Sunday's game with the Steelers is to be determined.
