Injury Questions: Week 7

Nick Mensio keeps track of every offseason transaction for all 32 teams

Welcome to Week 7 of the National Football League, Fantasy Division. We've got plenty of injuries to go around, so just line up in an orderly fashion. You'll all be served.

For lineup decisions let Pat Daugherty help you out with his Week 7 Rankings. For sleepers let Nick Mensio give you the scoop in his latest. And always be sure to read Evan Silva’s detailed look at every game in his Matchups column.

1PM GAMES

Falcons at Ravens

* Harry Douglas (foot) is out again this week, but his absence hasn’t really helped Devin Hester much and Hester should be the main beneficiary.

Vikings at Bills

* Cordarrelle Patterson (hip) is probable after practicing in full this week. Hopefully he is fully healthy and can break out of his slump, but let him prove it first.

* Marquise Goodwin (hamstring) is out. Chris Hogan should see a bump in snaps.

Dolphins at Bears

* Brandon Gibson (hamstring) is probable this week, but rookie Jarvis Landry should play ahead of him after a break out game in Week 6.

* Knowshon Moreno (knee) has been put on injured reserve, ending his season. Lamar Miller has been playing well and will remain the Dolphins feature back

Saints at Lions

* Jimmy Graham (shoulder) practiced on a limited basis Thursday and Friday and will be a game time decision. Graham himself admitted that he didn’t know if he would play or not. Be wary.

* Mark Ingram (hand) practiced in full all week and is probable. This is a tough matchup, especially coming off of injury, so I would take a wait-and-see approach for now.

* Pierre Thomas (illness) didn’t practice much this week due to his illness, but is listed as probable and will play.

* Calvin Johnson (ankle) is listed as questionable, but didn’t practice all week and his coach said he would need a miracle to play. He doesn’t really sound questionable.

* Reggie Bush (ankle) practiced in full on Friday and is listed as probable. He will be able to face his old team.

* Theo Riddick (hamstring) is listed as doubtful.

* Eric Ebron (hamstring) is listed as doubtful and Joseph Fauria (ankle) as out. Brandon Pettigrew is the last man standing for the moment, much like his cousin Peter Pettigrew.

Panthers at Packers

* Fozzy Whittaker (thigh) and DeAngelo Williams (ankle) are listed as doubtful and won’t be able to go, while Jonathan Stewart (knee) practiced in full and will get the start.

* Kelvin Benjamin (concussion) is questionable pending clearance through the concussion protocol, but was able to practice on Friday and seems in line for clearance. We should know for sure by Saturday.

* Jarrett Boykin (groin) is listed as questionable after getting limited practice in on Thursday and Friday. If he can play he would be the #4 receiver since Davante Adams has passed him on the depth chart.

* Sam Shields (knee) has been ruled out and Tramon Williams (ankle) will be a game time decision. If both can’t go the Packers would be without their two starting cornerbacks.

Bengals at Colts

* A.J. Green (toe) is listed as doubtful and doesn’t have a timetable for his return. Mohamed Sanu will remain the Bengals’ #1 receiver for the time being.

Browns at Jaguars

* Toby Gerhart (foot) is out again this week and Denard Robinson and Storm Johnson will handle the Week 7 load. Neither is reliable enough to feel confident playing except in deep leagues.

Seahawks at Rams

* Luke Willson (groin) is listed as questionable after not practicing on Thursday. If he can’t go we’ll get to see the one and only Cooper Helfet at tight end with Zach Miller (ankle) still out.

* Zac Stacy (ankle) is probable after practicing in full Thursday and Friday, but his role has been diminished to allow more work for Benny Cunningham and Tre Mason.

Titans at Washington

* Shonn Greene (hamstring) missed practice this week and is listed as doubtful. Bishop Sankey will continue to handle lead back work with Dexter McCluster and Leon Washington mixing in.

* Jake Locker (thumb) was limited in practice and is listed as questionable, but Charlie Whitehurst has handled all the first team reps in practice and is the favorite to start again.

4PM GAMES

Chiefs at Chargers

* Donnie Avery (groin) has been ruled out.

* Strong safety Eric Berry (ankle) has been ruled out, which will not make Philip Rivers sad.

* Donald Brown has yet to practice since his concussion in Week 5 and will not play this week. Branden Oliver will remain the feature back, as Ryan Mathews’ recovery has not been quick.

Giants at Cowboys

* Rashad Jennings (knee) has been ruled out against the Cowboys. The Giants have a bye next week and they hope Jennings will be able to return for Week 9. Andre Williams will get the start against the weaker side of the Cowboys defense this year.

Cardinals at Raiders

* Carson Palmer (shoulder) practiced in full on Friday and is listed as probable. The Cardinals’ brass are looking into extending his contract so they must not be too worried about his nerve issue.

SUNDAY NIGHT

49ers at Broncos

* Patrick Willis (toe) has been ruled out.

* Montee Ball (groin) is out again and Ronnie Hillman will take over lead back duties against the stout 49ers run defense.

MONDAY NIGHT

Texans at Steelers

* Jadeveon Clowney (knee) returned to practice Friday. He will likely be a game time decision Monday night.

* Arian Foster (groin) was limited in Thursday’s practice, but practiced in full on Friday. He should be good to go in a nice matchup.
