Hawks add Mack and Scott, release Tyler

The Atlanta Hawks added two players to their roster and removed one Wednesday.

Guard Shelvin Mack received a 10-day contract, and forward Mike Scott was recalled from the Bakersfield Jam of the NBA Development League. The Hawks waived forward-center Jeremy Tyler.

The 6-10 Tyler was acquired from Golden State on Feb. 21 and played in one game for the Hawks. Tyler appeared in 62 games in two seasons with the Warriors. In 42 games last season, he 4.9 points and 3.3 rebounds.
