Eye on Basketball Podcast: Double duties with Dan Woike

I'm joined by Dan Woike of the Orange County Register to discuss some basketball, specifically with the Los Angeles Clippers. The Clippers have put a very big roster together after having some depth issues inside last season. With the additions of Spencer Hawes and Ekpe Udoh, while retaining Hedo Turkoglu and Glen Davis, could the Clippers be one of the few teams looking to go big in this era of small ball? Is it possible to play Blake Griffin at the small forward position for stretches if the floor is still relatively spaced?

The man who put the roster together is the same man that will coach the roster. Doc Rivers is one of the few guys in the NBA who is asked to put together the roster he'll coach. How does he do in this role? Does it matter if Rivers doesn't seem concerned with the future of the franchise, considering the Clippers are trying to win a title now? Is he a good front office executive? Does he trust the right veterans?

We discuss all of this, plus Eric Bledsoe's max risk, what television shows are worth watching, and the horrors of the DMV.
