Eagles' QB Vick practices fully, might play

Despite reports early this week that Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick would not play this Sunday, he practiced fully on Friday, and there remains an outside chance he will start this week's game.

Vick, who suffered a hamstring injury last week, is still listed as questionable by the Eagles. Neither Vick nor coach Chip Kelly would say who the Eagles' starting will be on Sunday against Tampa Bay.

It may be a game-time decision.

Backup Nick Foles, who rallied the Eagles to a victory over the Giants after replacing Vick last week, would start if Vick cannot play.
