Cabrera returns to Tigers' lineup

Detroit Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera was back in the starting lineup on Tuesday after missing three games with an abdominal injury.

Cabrera has been bothered by the injury for a few weeks, but he's giving it another try against the Boston Red Sox.

Cabrera went hitless in his first three at-bats on Tuesday. He entered the day leading the American League in batting (.358) and RBIs (130) and was second in homers with 43, four behind Baltimore's Chris Davis.
