David Price gets back on track with dominant outing

Tigers pitcher David Price got back on track with a dominant outing on Friday at home against the Indians, improving to 14-11 on the year. He allowed one run on eight hits and no walks while striking out seven over 7 2/3 innings of a 7-2 victory.

Over his last three starts covering 23 1/3 innings, Price has allowed seven earned runs. He owns a 3.26 ERA and a 1.07 WHIP over 31 starts (226 2/3 innings). His next start will come Wednesday at Minnesota.
