2014 Outlook: Richard Jefferson

Richard Jefferson went from a team that barely had anyone with a significant scoring role to a team that has buried him on the depth chart. Jefferson signed a one-year minimum contract with the Mavericks in the offseason, after averaging 10.1 points and 2.7 rebounds in 27 minutes per game for the Jazz last season. He also shot 45 percent from the floor in 82 games, 78 of them as a starter. Now with the Mavericks, he'll have to work behind Chandler Parsons, Al-Farouq Aminu and possibly even Jae Crowder. Because of his current situation, Fantasy owners should think twice before drafting him. Ignore him in most formats on Draft Day.
