Cavaliers to rock another 'CavFanatic' alternate jersey

Last year, the Cleveland Cavaliers wore special "CavFanatic" jerseys for select games during the season to celebrate their popular social network site. The retro threads: Blue jerseys and blue shorts trimmed in wine and gold. "Very colorful," LeBron James(notes) cautiously described the look at the time.

Well, they're doing it again this season, according to Uni Watch's Paul Lukas. But this time, as you can see above, it's a late-'80s design in 1970s colors. I can't wait to see Tyrone Hill in this bad boy!

'64 And Counting says they'll be worn on January 6 against the Wizards. I believe him.

    man when are they gonna rock the shawn kemp era jerseys. the black and baby blue.. those uni's were sweet.

    Damn, how many jerseys do they have?! They should go ahead and be really arrogant and make 82 different alternative jerseys - including an NBA finals jersey and wear that the first game of the season - really try to predict the future like they did last year.

    another year starting without a ring for the self proclaimed King. How did Bird and Magic winn titles so quickly? They new how to play a team game when they got to the NBA. Jordan and James had to learn it and in Jordans case 6 years latter he learned, the jury is still out on the ringless king.

    They don;t wear alternate jerseys to celebrate something. They make an excuse to celebrate something and to wear a third jersey to generate more sales. It's all about the money. I am not saying no other team does this or it's wrong....but the writer should call it what it is....a way to generate revenue and not some fake celebration of something.

    these jerseys are so ugly. no one would want to wear these. if they want to be ugly. besides cavs are so dumb to have already print the finals ticket. there not even going to the finals they are going to choke and fall short again
