Jacksonville is on the clock with the No. 17 overall pick of the 2024 NFL draft. Shipley projected the team to move up in order to grab an elite wideout, adding that Nabers would be the Jags' preferred target if he's still on the board. Ohio State's Marvin Harrison Jr. was long the consensus pick as the top pass-catcher in the 2024 class.
