Europa League: Liverpool draws with Bordeaux, Spurs beat Qarabag
The Premier League got off to a better start in the Europa League on Thursday as Liverpool drew 1-1 at Bordeaux and Tottenham Hotspur beat FK Qarabag 3-1.

Adam Lallana scored in the 65th minute to give Liverpool the lead, but Bordeaux salvaged a point thanks to Jussie's 81st-minute equalizer.

Tottenham conceded seven minutes into its group stage opener at White Hart Lane, then had Son Heung-Min, Spurs' $35 million man from Bayer Leverkusen, lead the comeback with goals in the 28th and 30th minutes.
