Sevila played a friendly against Spanish third-division club Cadiz on Saturday that turned nasty with the Europa League winners up 2-0 in the 76th minute. Sevilla's Iago Aspas, who is on loan from Liverpool, took exception to a challenge from Cadiz striker Kike Lopez, but when he tried to trip Lopez as he got up, Lopez responded by headbutting him right in the face.
Lopez was shown a red card and Aspas was shown a yellow for his part in the melee.
Between this and Brandao's headbutt on Thiago Motta in France, it's official the weekend of the headbutt. Someone put Zidane on a parade float.
