It's been far too long since Andrei Arshavin continued the greatest Q&A ever with the crazies who read his official website and since he returned to Zenit St. Petersburg on loan from Arsenal until the end of the season, we've been light on Arshavin news in general. So to hear that Andrei was in a car accident in St. Petersburg was unsettling, but then RIA Novosit reported that his car's bumper was just "lightly scratched" and Andrei took to his official site to say that he even got a free grapefruit out of the deal.

In order to avoid rumors and false information, I decided to clear things up regarding the car accident I got into. The accident occurred near the "Ozerki" metro station. I'm all right, no one was hurt. What struck me is that the driver of a passing streetcar gave me a grapefruit.
Yes, this is what happens when you're a magical sprite like Andrei Arshavin. Your bumper gets scratched and the a Streetcar driver gives you free citrus. Luckily, the streetcar driver wasn't one of the weirdos who asks questions on Andrei's site, or Andrei would've gotten a patch of skin or a hair doll instead of a grapefruit.
