AC Milan play dodgeball during training

There is a reason why Milan find themselves in the bottom half of Serie A, some 18 points off the pace of Champions League qualification. It is not because of their leaky defence, their tremendous inconsistency up front or any political troubles away from the field. It's because they haven't been playing enough dodgeball during training.

New manager Clarence Seedorf has immediately rectified this problem, channeling his spirit guide Patches O’Houlihan to organize a game of the popular gym class activity at the Milanello.

As you can see, it's probably best that these professional athletes use their feet for a living, rather than their arms. Kaka's yellow bib team hadn't studied the 5 D's hard enough and ended up losing, forcing them to do a forfeit of a whopping 20 push-ups.

Who knows how many push-ups Seedorf will make them do if they lose to 14th-place Cagliari at the weekend...
