Eighth-grade dribbling phenom Jordan McCabe dubbed 'the new White Chocolate'

Jordan McCabe first made national headlines as a grade school dribbling phenom who showed off his ridiculous jump roping skills and dribbling drills for a local Washington television station in 2010, got drafted by the Harlem Globetrotters in 2011 and appeared at the 2012 NBA All-Star Game courtesy of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." Now, he's among the top middle school players in the country.

The 5-foot-5, 155-pound point guard prodigy even got his own mixtape, courtesy of City League Hoops, which compared McCabe to a young Jason Williams and dubbed him "the new White Chocolate."

McCabe now resides in Wisconsin, where he competed as an eighth-grader for the Kaukuana-based Playground Warriors at this past weekend's 2014 NY2LA Swish N' Dish Warm-Up. His skills have garned him almost 1,700 followers on Twitter — complete with a bio that reads, "Little but Lion hearted" — 2,400 followers on his YouTube channel and 3,200 likes on his Facebook fan page. It's easy to see why.

Back in 2010, McCabe told KOMO-TV, "It started with real fundamental basketball with my dad and my grandpa." And who knows where it will end? The kid hasn't even reached high school yet.
